The ideal hire will be someone that can utilize their FP&A skills to tackle a variety of cross-functional projects with the Sales team. This new hire must also be someone that is a dynamic communicator and is looking for long-term career growth. ResponsibilitiesReport directly into the Director of FP&AWork closely with the Sales team to monitor trends, analyze results, identify key metrics, and moreThis role will also be overseeing commission calculationsYou will play a part in integrating newly acquired organizations to the current modelMust be able to help create efficiencies through automation; ideally someone that can transition tasks away from manual processes that currently existAd hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or FinanceCPA/MBA preferred2-4+ years of relevant experience; including prior time spent working alongside a Sales teamProficient in Microsoft Excel, as well as other tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. Strong communication skills
