Pastry Sous Chef needs for high volume fast paced Mediterranean restaurant.
Must be skilled in all aspects of Pastry
Bread baking
Wedding cakes
Cake decorating
Laminated dough
Mousse
Buttercream
Quick bread
Cookies
Tarts
Pies
And more
Minimum 5 years experience
High volume experience preferred
Hours are 330pm to 12 / 1 am
Pay $25 - $30 per hour depending on level of experience.
