This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising and food preparation. What You'll Do As a Store Manager
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
- Ensure your store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
- Hire and train new team members in the Casey's Way!
- You'll have the privilege of becoming a coach and mentor to your team, helping them succeed and grow.
What We're Looking For
Previous management experience in a retail, restaurant, or convenience store environment. Passion to train, coach, and engage team members. Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.
