CEI's Fortune 50 client is a world-leader in Media and Communications, and they are adding a Telecom Project Manager to assist with large-scale Internet / Broadband Cable expansion initiatives in the Richmond area.
Long-term contract position with potential for conversion to permanent employmentPosition range of $40 - 45 / HR + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)Onsite position in Richmond, VA
Job Description:The Project Coordinator is responsible for schedule management of internet cable/fiber construction projectsConfirm with multiple technicians and external teams are on the appropriate sitesUpdating milestones within various internal applications P2 (client's propitiatory application), and move projects to design phaseCollaborate with Stakeholders and act as a point of contact for cross-functional groupsProvide reporting for next level management within Microsoft Office, P2, and other applicationsManage and analyze Quality Control workflow and validate that field work is performedPull reports/provide feedback based on analysisInteract with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones are met
Skills:Project Coordination or Management experience is highly preferred for acclimation to the workflowExperience within Telecommunications, Broadband, LTE, 5G, or Wireless Networking projects (fiber optics, cell towers, etc) is highly preferredExperience with Project Management tools or CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar is requiredStrong communication skills (written/verbal)
