Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Football Coach. The Assistant Football Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in organizing and conducting football practices, developing game strategies, and coaching student-athletes during games. Additionally, the Assistant Football Coach will provide support in mentoring and motivating players, ensuring their safety, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Qualifications Experience in recreation and sports coaching First aid certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationKnowledge of football rules and strategies

Experience in coaching or playing footballExperience working with high school student-athletesAbility to motivate and inspire players
