Full Stack Developer
Job Summary : Work across a full development stack, including: MySQL/Oracle, C#, and ReactJS. Support multiple Visual Studio solutions that work together to generate pricing for potential and repeat AEPE customers. Help troubleshoot issues and develop enhancements that are requested by the business. Participate in the Scrum process with a team of developers, tester, and business analyst. Under general supervision, the Solution Engineer Senior will participate or lead the design, coding, testing, and delivery of software solutions that are consistent with AEP standards and practices. The developer must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Possesses an advanced level of proficiency in skills and knowledge. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below: Design, develop or modify code according to AEP standards and practices. Identify and remove software defects. Help give development direction and work with team members. Provide solution ideas and direction. Use software testing tools to assure the creation of software having the fewest defects. Lead and participate in code reviews. Share responsibility and assist team members in achieving goals. Communicate effectively with others. Mentor peers and junior software developers. Basic Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. Experience: Preferred 8 or more years in dominant project language or related experience (in addition to any experience identified above) 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of professional C# development experience required Experience with ReactJS (or equivalent JavaScript library) is a plus EST or CST time zone
