Job Description :Supporting SLT (Senior Execs) from VP and CEO

Roles & ResponsibilitiesWith strong customer service PedigreeSupporting SLT (Senior Execs ) from VP and CEOAbout 40 Senior ExecsAbout 30 roomsSupporting board room meetings – including quarterly meeting etcAV proactive monitoring and also coordinating with EA of ExecsVP – Concierge service/support, prompt responses and good communicationMostly Microsoft technologies – Windows, IOS, teams ( widely used)8 am to 5 pm EST, after office hour support can be discussed. Resources to be flexible. While Mobile Device Mgmt is not in scope but trouble shooting support etc is required.
