Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a temp-hire A/R Collections Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices to clients and maintain accurate records of all billing transactions. Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary. Collect payments from customers and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments. Address invalid or unauthorized deductions and update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
Qualifications
An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field. Minimum of 2-3 years in accounts receivable, invoice collection, or related roles.
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
