Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Staff Account to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $31.30 to $33.70 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform day to day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and Accounts Reconciliation.
- Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issue.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required, Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 2-3 years of bookkeeping or related field. Accounts payable experience: 3-way matching experience required. Must have strong analytical skills and advanced skills in excel.
Experience
Experience with Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus. Manufacturing company experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
