POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President, Corporate Counsel & Regulatory Affairs
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and coordinate execution of legal documents in support of Legal Department staff.
- Support internal client needs related to contract details and document requests.
- Prepare a variety of correspondence.
- Prepare paperwork and monitor compliance deadlines for legal entities.
- Manage and disseminate confidential information appropriately.
- Work on special projects as assigned Perform general administrative duties in support of the Legal Department
