The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.
They are adding a Financial Planning Specialist to support the firm.
Responsibilities
Focus on successfully building and analyzing personal financial plans for the firm’s clients and prospectsCollect and analyze personal financial statements from prospects and clientsRead through company benefits packets and provide feedback and notes to advisorsBecome a specialist on benefits within our target markets, stay up to date on changesBuild personal financial plans using Northwestern Mutual softwareAccurately input client information as provided by the advisorsAnticipate which presentation tools will be valuable for each clientProvide planning recommendations to increase likelihood of clients reaching their goalsCreate new planning tools and calculatorsAssist the planning director with projectsSupport the planning team by being a reliable, thoughtful and collaborative memberParticipate in and elevate the Company cultureAlways be kind and courteous to every Client and Company team memberAttend team events and volunteer days
Qualifications
Life & Health Insurance License, Series 7 License (Prefered upon start or obtained within 1 year)1-3 years of experience in financial servicesDegree in Finance, Statistics, or Accounting
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience plus $12,000-$15,000 bonus based on personal and team performanceBenefits: Group Health/Vision/Dental coverage, PTO, 401(k), Long/Short Term Disability Insurance
