A client of our firm is a Global Multi-Media Music Entertainment Firm that just opened a newly created role due to growth seeking an Analyst - FP&A. This role will report to a Team Lead working on their Music Team. They have global operations with this roles responsibilities including Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Finance Initiatives.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:Prepare strategic budgeting, forecasting, and planning for monthly, yearly, and long-term reportingCreate financial models for Revenue and P&L forecasting, and analyze key performance indicatorsIdentify risk and advise senior leadership on initiativesAnalyze capital strategy for future fundraising and M&A activitiesDevelop financial metrics to track progress and performance across the company's financial operationsPerform recommendation-oriented analysis on the strategic, operational, and financial impacts of firm actions, effectively communicate outcomes/strategic scenarios to managementCreate and present key business insights to C-Suite executive management team
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is Required; Master's is a PlusAt least 2 years of FP&A experience, ideally focused on Music, Entertainment, or Media Strong Excel Experience including Financial Modeling and Analysis
