Our client is a premier global Private Investment Firm seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Analyst to their growing investments team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of of the investment process including sourcing & screening, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of potential transactions, due diligence, underwriting and structuring of both secondary and co-investment real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunitiesBuild and modify LBO models for investment program cash flow projection, fund cash flow and return analysis, and co-investment return and sensitivity analyses. Analyze transactions details, including a mix of GP-led and LP-led dealsParticipate in all aspects of the deal processAnalyze and structure transactions effectively within tight time constraintsPresent due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment CommitteeCoordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of DirectorsCoordinate closely with sales, marketing, product specialists and management teams on all aspects of fund marketingPrepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimatesWork with Compliance, Legal and Marketing TeamsAssisting on other Ad-Hoc projects
Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in investment banking, direct investing or private equity/real estate experienceTop Academic pedigreeExcellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skillsAn excellent understanding of financial statements financial concepts and financial modellingDesire to work both independently and collaboratively in a lean and growing teamAdvanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skillsAn ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a multicultural team of professionals
