The position will assist the leads to accomplish many project and budget administration tasks. The tasks will include items like help managing procurements, receipts, invoices, payments, and software licenses. The tasks also include assisting with scheduling meetings and capturing meeting minutes. In addition, the position will also support application help desk and preparing support documentation.
