Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

We are looking for

5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
