What you need for this position
This employee must have the ability to service and install most commercial plumbing. Minimum of 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience required. Must be able to work with minimum required supervision. Read Blueprints. Must have a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle. Must have good organizational skills, written and communication skills. Appearance must be clean, neat and professional at all times. Must be willing to be available for 24 hour emergency service. Ability to climb and work off ladders, climb extension ladders to roof. Ability to lift 50 pounds, to extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product. OSHA 10 preferred
