Control Systems Specialist (Foxboro)Corpus Christi, TX
Contech Control Services is seeking team-oriented professionals who have hands-on configuration and maintenance knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Foxboro/Honeywell DCS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:The Lead Control System Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:Assist on day-to-day in-plant maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration changes. Responsible for specification and selection of Control Systems hardware. Responsible to assist with documentation and drawing changes related to process control. Communicate progress to supervisor.
Requirements:The Control System Specialist requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:BS in Engineering field required.5+ years of hands-on configuration experience using at least one of the following systems: Foxboro/Honeywell DCS,Experience with Honeywell Safety Manager SIS, and Triconex SIS is a plus. Previous plant maintenance experience is a plus. PE License is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft software products.
Working conditions are as follows:Position Type: Full Time, Full BenefitsStandard Hours: Monday—Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30pmOvertime: Occasionally, paid by hourly rateRange: PermanentTravel: 10% maximumJob Type: Full-time
