Responsibilities
The Director of Shared Services Communications is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the objectives of the shared services department. This includes providing strategic direction for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communications for internal stakeholders including operations and functional departments as well as external parties including vendors, insurance carriers, and customers. This role will drive customer service and responsiveness all stakeholders ensuring consistent and timely communications to all stakeholders.
