📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our major healthcare association is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their team 37.5 hours a week for 1+ year.
The role is hybrid with Tues, Weds and Thurs onsite in their downtown Chicago office.
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for
Connecting with Director level and above internal clients for marketing planning meetings Tracking client asks, noting potential hurdles, then building out project briefs and tracking within Asana Establishing timelines and assigning duties to team members Tracking progress of current open projects, ensuring they're within scope and documenting any changes As possible, taking an eye to basic mock ups for copy/ design for edits (quality assurance)
Deliverables include: Digital marketing and ads, digital and print collateral creation, web updates, and live event support
The ideal Marketing Project Manager will have
Familiar with marketing and project management landscape High level of professionalism and executive presence Experience establishing timelines, creating project briefs, documentation and tracking Comfortable with project management tools, Asana a plus Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
