- Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks, including safety, workers' compensation, recruiting, and training.
What The Company Needs In a Benefits Coordinator
2+ years of Human Resource experience, with proficiency in various HR functions. Experience in safety, benefits, workers' comp, recruiting, and training is preferred. Viewpoint experience is a PLUS.Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a huge PLUS.Experience in the construction industry is a PLUS.
