Generate invoices, listing items sold, amounts due, credit terms, and dates of shipment. Generate credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise. Generate credit forms for customers or finance companies. Post transactions to the general ledger.
What The Company Needs In a Billing Specialist
2+ years of recent billing experience. Attention to detail for precise and accurate billing processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups & pivot tables) is a PLUS.
