AP - process invoices, including 3-way matchingAR - daily deposits, monitoring of cash flow, general ledger reconciliationsCommunicate with customers and clients regarding their ordersProcess payroll - enter timecards, calculate taxes and 401kPrepare payroll checks and deposits
Preferred Qualifications For The Bookkeeper Position
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related fieldTwo years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting roleProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsDetail oriented and very accurate data entry
