Overview Of The Bookkeeper Role
Process weekly payroll for 75 union employees; generate payroll reportsProcess all Accounts Payable and ReceivableCreate, send, and match invoices to vendorsPerform AP check run twice monthlyPrepare sales and use tax on a monthly basisComplete month-end close
Preferred Qualifications For The Bookkeeper Position
Minimum three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; degree not required!Basic Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with a major ERPHighly effective communication skillsStrong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
Skills: process payroll, AP, AR, matching invoices, sales and use tax, assist with month end close
