Responsibilities Of The Office Assistant
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing, emailing, faxing Check office supplies levels and place appropriate orders Create and format proposals, contracts, and other documents Coordinate office functions and client related meetings Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints Perform other related duties
Preferred Qualifications Of The Office Assistant
High School diploma or equivalent 3 – 5 years of relevant experience Strong Microsoft Office experience Attention to detail and organizational skills
