- Review cash position and cash management.
- Review financials prepared by accounting team, evaluate balance sheet.
- NOI and other ad hoc Analysis.
- Propose strategies to improve processes to leadership team, develop visions.
- Participate in special projects and prepare ad hoc reports for ownership.
Experience Desired For Senior Controller
