The Test & Balance Services Estimator supports the growth of the Test & Balance Services of the Company. Responsibilities and DutiesJob responsibilities will include the following:· Pursuing bid opportunities for a professional HVAC testing and balancing contractor· Reviewing detailed HVAC plans and specifications and preparing bids for HVAC testing and balancing· Reviewing client bid lists/ftp sites, create bid lists and bid files, track addendums & RFI’s· Preparing and sending proposals to multiple clients in a time-critical environment· Following up with clients for current project documents and equipment submittals for awarded projects· Creating job folders with all relevant project information for field technician use Required Qualifications· 5+ years HVAC estimating, drafting, and/or project management experience· Must be able to read HVAC plans and specifications· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Bluebeam experience a plus.· Strong time management and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to follow instructions, desire to learn
