We are looking for a talented Welder to join our team for our location in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways
Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. TIG WeldingUphold 5s standardsEnsure Safety Regulations are followed
To be successful in this role you will need the following
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. TIG welding knowledge – 1 year preferredAbility to work C Shift: Mon & Tues - 5 PM to 5 AM and Fri & Sat - 5 AM to 5 PMPay starting at $19.30/HR $1/HR Shift Differential
Compensation And Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
