Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our client's finance team and contribute to their ongoing success. The AP Manager will play a pivotal role in in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable activities and overseeing a team of accounts payable professionals.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management. Manage the team responsible for reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, address inquiries, and support business initiatives. Prepare financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable activities for management review.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounts payable best practices.
