REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET: 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role for software development teamsCSM or equivalent Agile certification, with deep knowledge of traditional project management methodologies, Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and SDLC Excel & PowerPoint proficient Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools Experience with Waterfall to Agile transformation DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectivesCollaborate with Product Owners and dev teams to manage backlog, manage project resources, budget, timelinesFoster an environment of team success, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and work in close partnership with business stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices, tools, and project management processes
