This is a Bookkeeper position offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a fabulous local company based out of Seattle, WA. From day one you’ll be able to contribute and have those efforts valued with this highly strategic leadership role overseeing the entire accounting and financial processes. This position reports directly to senior leadership and features excellent benefits, 40 hour work week and all with a growing organization!
Your responsibilities as the Bookkeeper include:GL Accounting with ownership of month end financial close processManagement of capital assetsCAM RecsBi-monthly payroll processingBudgeting, forecasting and planning
Your background and experience should have:A Bachelor’s Degree a plus5+ years of relevant work experience in real estate or property managementExcellent communication skillsSelf-directed with ability to take ownership of processes
