- As the Procurement Manager you will have the following duties:Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital.
To be a fit you should have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role. Building and leading procurement teamsWorking with Suppliers and ManufacturersStrong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
