Project Manager (Drywall / Framing)

Position Overview: The Project Manager (Drywall / Framing) is responsible for managing the execution of all drywall and framing projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also manage vendor relationships, monitor project progress, and provide feedback to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans and track project progress.
• Manage and coordinate all drywall and framing projects.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the team.
• Keep informed about new developments in drywall and framing technology.
• Recognize potential red flags and take appropriate action to prevent problems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management. Strong knowledge of drywall and framing techniques. Experience in Commercial Construction Management. Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Experience in Interior Finishing and Interior Renovations. Experience in School Construction is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
