Legal Contracts Negotiator
Our Global Procurement department is seeking a high-performing contracts negotiator who will be engaged fully, communicate openly and forge close working relationships throughout our company. We seek a confident and proactive self-starter with 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating vendor contracts who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Strong understanding of contracts and contractual terms. Excellent customer service, drafting, negotiation, organizational, communication, prioritization and time management skills. Data privacy experience a plus. We seek a thought leader, who can use his or her exceptional judgment and strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills to closely support our internal clients throughout the organization while balancing risks to protect the company.
Responsibilities:Draft, review, negotiate and oversee inbound transactional mattersAnalyze and interpret complex provisions in multi-party contracts to ensure compliance and consistencyProactively deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice to various internal clients and stakeholders (serve as a partner of Sourcing in support of the business)Work with internal operations teams to build scalable infrastructure for supporting rapidly growing domestic and international teamsCollaborate with procurement organization regarding improved ways to facilitate high volume transactions for clientsServe as trusted and confident counsel to specified business units to support commercial initiatives and internal compliance

Compensation: $62.07/hour - $82.76/hour (W2)
