ResponsibilitiesSolidWorks to design displays and fixtures for the Health & Beauty sector, aligning with client and account team input.with team members (account, design, engineering, project management, production) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of designs, then finalize print packages for manufacturing.displays meet client specifications, are structurally robust, and optimized for production.3D computer simulations of project components using SolidWorks.detailed 2D drawings containing all necessary dimensions, specifications, and annotations for efficient manufacturing.with production teams and vendors to maintain product quality, streamline assembly processes, and manage workflow.in ongoing communication with production, sales, and clients to refine designs and meet evolving requirements.in creating planograms to present design concepts to clients and support the sales team.junior engineers, imparting best practices and fostering professional growth.advanced problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions.graphic art and sizing files using Adobe Illustrator to facilitate client artwork layouts.
Requirementsdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldyears of Design Engineering experienceyear in Health & Beauty industryexperience, plus if SolidWorks certificationCAD or similar design software experiencein understanding drawing, engineering, and industry standardslevel of creativity and problem-solving skillsto work on multiple projects at once and multi-taskto adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, unpredictable events, and a fast-paced manufacturing environment
