Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Daida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analyses, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies. The Business Development Manager will be expected to travel to client sites and will have the flexibility to work some days remotely.
Qualifications Proven experience in business development and sales- minimum 5 years Experience in Content Management, Document Management, Content Capture services a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsKnowledge of market research and competitor analysisExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or B2B sales experience in conversion services, content management, content workflow, content repository strategy. Experience in the technology industry is a plus
