Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join us at our diverse team in Louisville. The candidate in this role will help maintain/ troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment throughout operation. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Job Responsibilities

Monitors & trouble shoots Presses daily Provide line support for the assembly cell Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor Maintain facility Repair of machines used in production including replacing hydraulic hoses and leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, seals.  Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses, relays and contactors

The Ideal Candidate Possesses These Skills

High School Diploma, 1-year experience industrial maintenance. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand) Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
