Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager with a background in new construction for mission-critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion, with a focus on ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Team Management:Lead and motivate project teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on site. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deficiencies. Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Seek opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of the project. Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and other relevant records. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical facilities. Strong understanding of electrical systems and building codes, particularly as they relate to mission-critical infrastructure. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closeout. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. PMP or other relevant certifications preferred. Knowledge of industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Bluebeam. Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
