Description
PC Refresh Project Imaging all devices and shipping them off Getting back old hardware and wiping data to redeploy or dispose. Potentially work with end users if issues with deployment or have devices questions after they have received it. Working Knowledge of end user computing including hardware, software and configuration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow or similar platform Enterprise and strategic thought process with the ability to analyze and execute Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services and technology processes Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, Mac O/S, Windows Office Suite & Outlook Working knowledge of connectivity type tools (wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix) Technical certificate or has the equivalent 2+ years of work experience
