Minimum Requirements
7 years in product management, including exposure to agile scrum disciplines and a track record in developing and strengthening product teams 3 years experience in practice management and team management A commercial mindset that is able to translate industry and customer pain points into opportunities Strong track record in developing and maintaining a highly collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and able to employ a very consultative approach to gaining alignment across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years' experience in revenue cycle management and medical practice administration, with exposure to industry key opinion leaders and insights into the RCM industry, including its inner workings and trends Past exposure to Practice Management systems either as a user or in managing, implementing, developing or consulting function is essential Demonstrable ability to work with engineering teams, including being able to translate engineering issues and opportunities into business terms
