Senior UI Developer

Position Overview: As a Senior UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional user interfaces that align with design principles and user experience best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing efficient front-end architecture and techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies when appropriate.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js). Good knowledge of SQL commands, DB Procedures on Oracle, Postgress DBs. Expertise in ReactJS framework & store management with Redux. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js). Knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and techniques for creating accessible user interfaces. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma). Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
