ITTConnect is seeking a Senior C# Developer with Azure to join one of our clients, which is a major IT Consulting firm HQ'd in Europe, with offices in 15 countries and over 10k employees. They are experts in tailored IT Services to Banks, Insurance and other Financial vertical clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant environment at one of their financial vertical accounts in Chicago (a large investment and capital management firm). Job is hybrid (3/2), and will be interacting with the client in a regular basis.
Job Location: New York, NY. Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote on average.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Proficiency in C# Programming: Extensive experience in developing, testing, and deploying applications using C#.Understanding of .NET frameworks and .NET Core. Azure Expertis e (minimum 5 years): In-depth knowledge of Azure services: Azure Data Lakes, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure AI Search (formerly Azure Cognitive Search), Azure Logic Apps, Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD , critical ), Azure API Management, Azure SQL, and other cloud-based solutions. Ability to design and implement cloud architectures. Azure DevOps Expertise: Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps services and tools. Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies. Familiarity with version control systems (like Git), build and release management, and automated depl oyment methodologies using Azure DevOps. SQL and Database Management: Strong skills in SQL programming, database design, and management. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks can be advantageous, though not always required.

Strategic Planning: Skill in aligning technological solutions with business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in communicating with various stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and clients.
Soft Skills
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments. Creativity and Innovation: Aptitude for creative thinking in designing effective and innovative solutions.
Optional but Beneficial
Python or R knowledge for data analysis Relevant Degree: A bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Certifications in Azure (like Azure Solutions Architect Expert), C#, or SQL.
