Description: IT Support Systems Analyst: Provide day-to-day remote and on-site support. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end-user system support. Provide senior level workstation/laptop support Ability to provide remote support for a professional hybrid work environmentSystematically resolve issues related to workstations and laptops Escalate and support level 3 engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user problemsProvide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations, critical situations and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriateDocument issues/problems and solutions for both IT team members and end usersBe available as on-call support as needed Qualifications: 3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degreeStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systemsStrong documentation and communication skillsWorking knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams Desired: Ability to interface with all levels of production and management Team Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems Strong documentation and communication skills Technical Requirements: Windows 11 and Office 365 SupportOutlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support System build, deployment, and maintenance Strong familiarity with desktop security products Firm understanding of Active Directory AdministrationDeep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPadsFamiliarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint ManagementExperience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft IntuneExperience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)Training and Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required
