Job Title: Senior Engineering LeaderLocation: Denver, COIndustry: Food & Beverage
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Fortune 500 Food & Beverage manufacturer based out of Denver, CO in search of a Senior Engineering Leader. In this role, you will direct all plant engineering and maintenance activities to maintain efficiencies from utilitles, equipment, and the overall facility.
As the Senior Engineering Leader you will:Lead the development and implementation of the plant's 3 year capital planRecommend and or assist in equipment modifications and replacementRemain up-to-date on technology related to plant operationsDevelop, implement and control approved budgetsCreate and maintain the appropriate engineering records including equipment records and manuals, drawings and diagrams, inspection reports and legal recordsDrive the integrated maintenance process which includes the establishment and administration of an effective predictive/preventative maintenance program, work order procedures and optimized parts inventoryOversee the identification, selection, skills assessment, training, performance evaluation and development process for maintenance and engineering associates
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)7+ years of technical experience in the food and beverage manufacturing spaceKnowledge of Food Safety Principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), EPA and OSHA requirements
