DuPont has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Materials Technology Engineer in the Electronics & Imaging, Semiconductor Technologies, Lithography Technologies, Development Engineering group located in Marlborough, MA.

The candidate will be responsible for product scale up to support microlithographic product development, product manufacturing, and process improvement. The candidate will be expected to conduct independent research, maximizing the use of the scientific and professional literature, and to document their research in technical reports.

The candidate will collaborate seamlessly with Global R&D and Engineering organization, suppliers, quality team and manufacturing team to identify and implement improvements, as well as with analytical scientists to conduct in-depth testing of materials and to communicate learnings across organizations.

Your Qualification profile

BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or related fieldPosition in Marlborough, MA5 years of work experience is preferredA team player. Must work well in multi-disciplinary, cross-geographic team. Basic to Working knowledge of lithographic formulation manufacturing. Flexible with respect to assignments and tasks. Experience in the formulation manufacturing equipmentExperience with high volume (HVM) manufacturing and HVM equipmentAble to develop and implement project plan. Able to lead cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedEager to learn new skills on fast time scalesStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsGood oral and written communications skillsInternal 14 - 16Familiarity with SAP, JMP, Six Sigma DMAIC or Design is a plus, but not 100% necessary
