Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $16.00 - $22.00. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Assisted Living Community in River Falls, WI.
This food services schedule includes;

Opened Spring of 2023, The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies Assists with meal prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive attitude required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
