Position Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to provide nursing functions for patients served by an assertive community treatment team. Under the direction of the team psychiatrist, the nurse will provide management and supervision of medication administration to patients in their homes and other settings. Will provide case management services for an assigned group of patients, including planning, developing, and monitoring of services and supports as delineated in the patient's treatment plan.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with adults with mental illness is preferred. Previous experience in Client or other community-based services in preferred. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
