The Job
As an Operations Manager for EcoSmart Solutions, you will often be the first person our prospective clients meet. You will be responsible for making a professional first impression, and conducting the necessary job walk throughs.
As time goes on, you will be responsible for overseeing additional operational activities such as project management.
You will learn from, and report directly to the owner of EcoSmart Solutions, who has grown the company from nothing into a multi-million-dollar Corporation, executing large scale projects for the largest names in commercial real estate.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel to job sites is required. Being willing to get up early. Having excellent attention to detail. Having excellent verbal and written communication skills. Being highly coachable. Answering questions about EcoSmart Solutions and what the company offers in a professional and confident manner. Representing EcoSmart Solutions in a professional manner. Background in construction, real estate, or sales is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
$50,000 - $70,000 base salary. Depends on experience and qualifications.
This position will be due for large raises and bonuses when merited.
All mileage is reimbursed.
