Overall 10 years and 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails developerStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipating edge cases & clarifying requirementsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsStrong knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and performance optimizationStrong debugging skills with the ability to find and solve problems with minimal documentation or outside help.
