We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant - Infrastructure Management. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency in providing L2/L3 support of Windows and VMWare Server Administration including Patching and Upgrades, Building new instances environment and projects along with experience in managing High Availability clustered systems. Also, should possess knowledge of Backup and Recovery. Data center experience is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Essex Junction VT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education. At least 8 years of Information Technology experienceExperience with Windows and VMWare Server AdministrationUS citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply, we are unable to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in Windows Administration (Level 2/ 3 support)At least 4 years of experience in ITIL and maintenance of projects. Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments. Analytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
