We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Quantitative Developer / Tech Lead with our industry-leading client. Role is hybrid in NYC or Stamford, CTThis is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $150k - $200k w2Responsibilities:Collaborate directly with Researchers to integrate and optimize research data processes and models. Design and develop cloud-native solutions in C#, Python, and SQL to ensure consistency across various analytical tools. Construct robust data pipelines from diverse sources to support research, ad-hoc client requests, and core production applications. Lead technology strategy focusing on automation to minimize risk and improve data quality and controls. Partner with the Data Science team to develop next-generation risk models, including machine-learning-driven platforms. Provide leadership and guidance to other Quants / Developers within the team. Requirements:7+ years of advanced C# and SQL experience3+ years knowledge of PythonWorking knowledge of Azure and cloud-based technologiesFamiliarity with Windows environmentsExperience with SQL ServerKnowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-codeProficiency in GIT, App Containers, Microservices & APIs, shell scripting, messaging busesUnderstanding of OptimizersSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
